Serves 4

Ingredients:

Marinade:
4 Green Onions, finely chopped
8 cloves Garlic, smashed
6 Tbl Soy Sauce
2 Tbl Sesame Oil
2 Tbl Rice Wine Vinegar
4 tsp Sugar

Skewers:
1½–2 lbs Beef Sirloin, cut into large cubes
2 Red Bell Peppers, cubed
2 Green Bell Peppers, cubed
2 Zucchini, sliced ½ inch thick
2 Yellow Sunburst Squash, quartered
1 Red Onion, cubed

Method:

Thread the beef and vegetables onto kebab skewers, alternating colors and flavors. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over skewers, marinate overnight. Grill over medium heat three to four minutes per side.
