Tear Drop is our smallest, yet most important vineyard in the portfolio. This teardrop-shaped 1/2-acre plot of land is J’s demonstration vineyard and is just steps away from the Visitor Center. This small parcel features 20 Pinot Noir clones used throughout our estate vineyards and by our Russian River Valley growers. The vines are planted in a dense 5X5 grid in soil comprised of a sandy/clay Haire loam soil.
