The 2013 Blanc de Noirs opens with a lovely savory nose going into notes of poached pears, crushed raspberries, peach cobbler and lightly browned toast with a waft of white pepper. The palate has a lovely racy line cutting through the intense red berry and stone fruit flavors, finishing with a citrus lift. 750 cases were made.
