A bright, crips and delightfully complex Sparkling expression of the excellent 2016 growing season. The wine opens with highly aromatic notes of wild strawberry, yellow apple, fresh-baked shortcake and white florals. Vigorous beads of fine bubbles cut across the beautifully layered palate as hints of quince, Eureka lemon, white peach and Asian pear blend with suggestions of lightly toasted hazelnut and creme.
