2020 Blanc de Noirs

Our Blanc de Noirs opens with fine beads of energetic bubbles, creating a silky mousse and a beautifully finessed, textured mouthfeel. A subtle touch of sweet blackberry on the nose comes through on the fruit-driven palate as generous, layered red fruit characteristics. Abundant notes of raspberry, red apple, wild berries, tangerine and grapefruit evolve to richer hints of baked pie crust, ginger and marzipan before a crisp, clean finish.
