2021 Bow Tie Chardonnay

This Chardonnay highlights the qualities of the highly aromatic and expressive Z clone, which give this wine its signature floral and citrus aromas. The wine opens with generous notes of orange blossom on the nose, complemented by suggestions of vanilla custard. Hints of green apple, lemon verbena, apricot and grilled peach offer a core of brightness on the detailed palate, framed by subtle, oak-influenced touches of butterscotch, graham cracker and toast.
