2018 vintage brut
A classic expression offering elegance, finesse and depth. The lively bead of bubbles lift to form an exceptionally lacy mousse, with notes of fresh yellow and baked apple pie at the forefront, evolving to touches of orange zest and lemon compote. Underlying hints of cinnamon, pie dough and toast add wonderful contrast, complexity and maturity.
2018 BLANC DE BLANCS
A sparkling celebration of the elegance and complexity of Chardonnay. Vibrant and mouth-watering notes of baked apple, quince and lime zest blend with hints of ginger, toasted sesame and flaky croissant. A touch of minerality and sea spray adds lift before a lingering finish, bringing a juxtaposition between brightness and toastiness to this memorable expression.
2022 Bow Tie Vineyard
Pinot Noir
Middle Reach neighborhood of the Russian River Valley, this wine unfurls with dark cherry, blueberry, raspberry and spiced orange fruit notes on the deeply expressive palate, while underlying hints of cedar, dried oregano and spiced orange add definition and dimension. It’s elegant, approachable and beautifully textured.
2022 Canfield Vineyard Pinot Noir
From a cool, windy site at the southern end of the Russian River Valley, opening with hints of rich leather, truffle, tea leaf, pine forest and dried rose petal. A zest of acidity brings generous notes of Bing cherry, raspberry and red currant to the forefront. A touch of toast and spice add a subtly savory layer at the finish.
2022 Bow Tie Vineyard
CHARDONNAY
Blossom and lemon on the nose, the weighty palate offers creamy texture lifted by bright acidity. Oak-influenced hints of butterscotch, vanilla and caramel at the forefront evolve to fruit notes of baked Meyer lemon, juicy peach and yellow apple. A touch of river stone adds another noteworthy layer before the memorable finish.
